Galley Bay Resort’s 1st Annual Culinary Cook-Off

CONGRATULATIONS to all that participated in our 1st Galley Bay Culinary Cook-off held on Thursday August 11, 2011.  Chef Dennis and I (Chef Rotz) were treated like kings. We want to thank Chef Stan Baxter and the entire staff of Galley Bay for their hospitality. We also want to thank Julian Waterer, owner and operator of Chef’s World for sponsoring the event. Also sponsoring the event was Janie Conley, publisher of Food & Drink Guide.  Every cook and chef were winners.
