It was a great honor to be invited to be a judge at the 2011 Antigua Barbuda Mango Pineapple Culinary Competition held at the Antigua Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute. I thank everyone for the opportunity to experience, first hand, some of the amazing talent this lovely Island has to offer.
