Chef Larry Nibbs, CEC, ACE, Chef Austin Sterling, CEC, & Chef Jeffrey Rotz, CEC, CCE, AAC conducted Food Safety/Hygiene/Sanitation training for Biras Creek Resort’s entire Food and Beverage Department.
