Chefs Helping Chefs Conducts 2 Weeks of Food Safety Training in Antigua

 

 

Chefs Helping Chefs just returned for two weeks of training with Hawksbill by Rex Resorts, Starfish Halcyon Cove, Big Banana Pizza, The Larder, Antigua – Gourmet Deli Café & Sushi Bar, and  South Point Antigua

During the two week period we trained over 50 Food & Beverage Professionals in Global Food Handling, Food Protection Manager’s Certification, and Introduction to Customer Service. It was a great time for all and an enormous amount of information exchanged.

We look forward to return and continue working with these outstanding properties in the future.
