Jumby Bay

Chef Matthew Dennis, CEC, ACE & Chef Jeffrey Rotz, CEC, CCE, AAC conducted Food Safety/Hygiene/Sanitation training for Jumby Bay’s entire Food and Beverage Department.  Chef Matthew and I were treated like royalty.  Sending out a special thanks to Leisa McDonald, Executive Chef Yann Giacomoni,  Executive Sous Chef Juan Bochenski and the entire Jumby Bay Staff.
