Princess Hotels & Resort – Playa del Carmen Mexico

We just finished our first visit to the Grand Riviera Princess & Grand Riviera Princess All Suites & Spa Resort. It was a great visit. Thanks to Chef David Ivey-Soto and Chef Bernd Mueller we were able to complete over 1500 training hours to over 100 food n& beverage staff members.
