We just finished our first visit to the Grand Riviera Princess & Grand Riviera Princess All Suites & Spa Resort. It was a great visit. Thanks to Chef David Ivey-Soto and Chef Bernd Mueller we were able to complete over 1500 training hours to over 100 food n& beverage staff members. The Landing in St. Lucia
From February 29th through March 5th, 2016, a full week with over 300 training hours completed, Chef Jeff and Chef Matthew had a great time with everyone on site and enjoyed superb hospitality. A Culinary Competition wrapped up the week with some amazing creations done by all.

Memories Grand Bahamas Spa and Casino
6 convective days of Food Safety training! One am class for pm shift and pm class for am shift. Each member is receiving 18 hours of training. Over 100 staff members from F&B attending. Hotel opened Feb 1, 2014. Chef Jeffrey Rotz, CEC, CCE, AAC conducted training for the food and beverage staff at Memories Grand Bahamas Resort from April 17 through April 24, 2014 and it was a full week of learning and training for the staff at Memories Grand Bahamas Resort. Over 1,000 training hours were completed by the staff and many new friendships were made. Looking forward to returning soon!

Chef Jeff was invited to spend the day as one of the Judges for the final projects completed by the students in the Bachelors program for hospitality management. Each student was required to take one foods class and for their final project they had to design a cafe/pub, write and price a menu, prepare a presentation featuring their establishment and explain their concept. It was an honor to be a part of these bright minds entering the hospitality industry and we wish them all much success!

Chef Jeff and Chef Matthew had a great time at the Galley Bay First Annual Culinary Cook Off. Everyone put on a fantastic presentation and it was an honor being a part of this exciting event.
Recipient of the 5 Star Diamond Award, this luxurious resort was nothing short of magnificent. It was a busy week with the incredible team and we look forward to our future opportunities to work with the staff and management. We had a great turnout for the training sessions.
