Chef Jeff Rotz will host our chapter’s Family’s BBQ/Picnic at his home in Tavares.
Festivities start at noon (about) and will run until 5 PM (about). Jeff will supply the proteins. He plans on preparing BBQ Pork Ribs, Beef Chili Con Carne, Jeff’s Famous Hot Wings, and Chef Jeff’ Pauls’ Baked Beans. Please bring a side dish (potato salad, beans, slaw, mac & cheese) and your favorite beverage. Bring a mask, folding chairs, umbrellas, tents, and of course, YOUR FAMILY. Bring a fellow cook or chef, student, new member, or friend. Everyone is welcome. Please email Jeffwith and let him know if you will be attending and what side dish you will be bringing.
