The Prestigious Shreveport Club is searching for a Chef de Cuisine that would be able to run and take ownership of the kitchen and move into an Executive Chef position relatively quickly.
The Shreveport Club is a City Club, we only offer dining unlike Country Clubs that caterer to sports our sole focus is on providing great dining experiences. The Club offers a la carte and banquets, mostly plated lunches, and dinners but we do offer an occasional buffet. Our membership is very well traveled and has high expectations for food and service, we make every effort to keep them engaged with special events such as wine dinners, Chef’s Table dinners, Guest Chefs, Guest Speakers, amongst other events, we also have frequently changed a la carte menus.
