Septembers ACF Gulf to Lakes Chefs & Cook’s Chapter Meeting will be on Monday September 23rd at Leesburg High School Chef Bell and his students will be presenting a demonstration  on two advanced cooking techniques: Chaunk – Indian style of cooking spices to season dishes Pellicle – Air Dried Meat then smoked Meeting will start at 6 PM sharp.  Leesburg High School is located at  1401 Yellow Jacket Way, Leesburg, FL 34748.
