Septembers ACF Gulf to Lakes Chefs & Cook’s Chapter Meeting will be on Monday September 23rd at Leesburg High School Chef Bell and his students will be presenting a demonstration  on two advanced cooking techniques: Chaunk – Indian style of cooking spices to season dishes Pellicle – Air Dried Meat then smoked Meeting will start at 6 PM sharp.  Leesburg High School is located at  1401 Yellow Jacket Way, Leesburg, FL 34748.     JIS: The island’s tourism product has been boosted with the graduation of the first cohort of 150 certified hospitality workers from the Jamaica Centre of Tourism Innovation (JCTI).
