Chefs Helping Chefs, LLC is a culinary education powerhouse dedicated to shaping the future of the global hospitality industry. Officially founded in 2008, our roots reach back to 2003, when Chef Jeff Rotz began his mission to guide aspiring cooks and chefs toward ACF Certification and continued professional growth.
Over the years, we’ve trained and inspired more than 10,000 food and beverage professionals across 50 hotels and resorts throughout the Southeastern United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Every member of our passionate training team brings 15+ years of hands-on hospitality experience, ensuring our programs deliver practical knowledge, modern techniques, and insights that keep your operation ahead of industry trends.
Global Reach, Local Impact
Our pursuit of excellence has taken us worldwide — from our expansion into Saudi Arabia in 2012 to Mexico in 2015, and our ongoing collaboration with the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association. Together, we champion culinary excellence throughout the West Indies, empowering educators and professionals through our innovative “Train the Trainer Program.” This initiative helps instructors prepare students for ACF and WACS Certification, strengthening the foundation of the next generation of hospitality leaders.
