Welcome to Chefs Helping Chefs.

I’m Chef Jeffrey Rotz, a globally certified Executive Chef through both the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) and the American Culinary Federation (ACF). As a Certified Culinary Educator (CCE) and a lifelong mentor in this craft, my mission has always been simple — to elevate the standards of our hospitality professionals through education, certification, and hands-on development.

When I founded Chefs Helping Chefs over 15 years ago, I envisioned more than just a training company. I wanted to build a community where chefs help chefs — where knowledge, skill, and mentorship come together to empower individuals and strengthen entire food and beverage teams. Today, that vision reaches across the Caribbean, Mexico, the Middle East, and the cruise ship industry.

Our team of veteran instructors — each with more than 20 years of experience — brings real-world expertise to every training session. We tailor our programs to meet the specific needs of each property, ensuring practical, results-driven outcomes that truly make a difference. From ACF and WACS certification preparation to specialized modules in Nutrition, Food Safety, Cost Control, and Supervisory Management, our approach is always personal, professional, and focused on excellence.

We’re proud to partner with organizations like the Jamaica Centre of Tourism Innovation (JCTI), helping to ensure that the next generation of culinary and hospitality professionals enter the workforce with internationally recognized certifications.
